A purpose-designed 22-room boarding house arranged over two levels around shared living, dining, kitchen and outdoor spaces. Each bedroom has a private ensuite, with two accessible rooms on the ground floor, while an upper lounge and balcony provide additional communal space. Brick and light metal cladding give the building a clear residential character within its landscaped Albany setting.
