Completed in 2023, 7 Luff Place is a 380 sqm two-storey family home in Long Bay. Sto plaster, stone walls, iron gates and copper detailing establish a strong street presence, while the interiors are organised around a Gaggenau kitchen, scullery and a sequence of generous living spaces. The home includes two principal suites, flexible family accommodation, a self-contained two-bedroom unit and outdoor rooms for everyday entertaining. It received a 2024 Auckland / Northland / Coromandel House of the Year Regional Gold award in the CARTERS New Home $1 million – $1.5 million category.
