8 Park Rise

Completed in 2025, 8 Park Rise is a nine-home freehold development on a sloping Campbells Bay site. The standalone homes are arranged along a shared internal driveway, with a mix of two- and three-storey layouts responding to level changes and capturing outlooks towards the coast. Four-bedroom plans range from approximately 153 to 191 square metres across the principal typologies, combining open-plan living, private outdoor spaces and internal-access garaging. A restrained palette of white and charcoal cladding, strong framed windows and warm timber detailing gives the development a cohesive contemporary identity.
