Completed in 2024, 1 Tawatawa Street is an 11-home residential development in Long Bay. The two-storey homes are arranged along a shared internal access, with several floor-plan typologies responding to the street corner, central terrace and rear of the site. Repeated gabled forms, a restrained palette of dark and light cladding, warm timber-toned accents and integrated planting create a cohesive development while giving the end homes a distinct identity.
