117 Arran Point Parade

Completed in 2026, 117 Arran Point Parade is an approximately 430-square-metre, five-bedroom home designed for a builder as his own residence. Set on a prominent Silverdale corner overlooking the estuary, the house uses light brick, dark vertical cladding and crisp horizontal forms to balance long views with privacy from the street. Five bedroom suites, multiple living areas, a gym and a sheltered upper balcony are arranged around a brick-lined entry and sculptural timber-and-steel stair.
