4 Colum Place

Completed in 2025, 4 Colum Place transforms an established Bucklands Beach site into three compact freehold homes at 4A–4C. The two-storey dwellings are arranged along a shared accessway, with the street-facing home establishing a clear identity through layered gabled forms, light and warm-toned cladding, and integrated landscaping. Homes of approximately 156–160 square metres occupy sites ranging from 181–223 square metres, combining open-plan living, private outdoor areas and internal-access garaging. LW Architecture coordinated architecture, structural and civil engineering, planning and landscape design as one integrated multidisciplinary service.
