3 O’Halloran Road

Completed in 2020, 3 O’Halloran Road transforms a 1,212-square-metre Howick site into six freehold standalone homes arranged along a shared central accessway. Two housing typologies respond to the site and a range of households: generous four-bedroom homes with single or double internal-access garaging, and compact three-bedroom homes with single garages. Steep gables, black and white vertical cladding, warm timber accents and brick bases create a cohesive identity with individual variation, while private decks and landscaped edges give each home a clearly defined outdoor setting.
